Right now there are a lot of disparate parts that sometimes work together well, but they could definitely be defragmented a bit. I like the expirementation, but by the end of WH3's life cycle we should have a pretty cleaned up and clear identity for each race, and then each lord within each race. Easier to balance, lends more into the 'empire building' feeling, right now certain lords straight up break when confederated (Nakai), you might actually see the AI using more of their race abilities if they're a little more cohesive etc. Especially with WH3 around the corner and the sheer breadth of races that will be playable by the end.

I'd personally like to see more generalized mechanics for races, rather than each lord having 3 or 4 unique mechanics for them. Honestly I kind of prefer dlc units 'uncoupled' from their lord, especially if later on down the line they'd make more thematic sense under another lord (IE both Teenie and Oxy buff skinks in general, with some specific upper row skills for their respective dlc units). When the battle was over, the remaining knights banded together and formed the Knights of the Blazing Sun in MyrmidiaвЂ™s honor. They were saved when a mysterious tremor in the Earth caused a huge statue of Myrmidia to fall from a nearby temple roof and land on the opposing general and his body guard, which killed them.

The original Knights of the Blazing Sun were founded in 1457 during the Crusades, when a special group of Imperial knights were saved from death in a street fight against a group of Arabians in Estalia. The Lore Behind the Knight of the Blazing SunДeeply devoted to the cult of Myrmidia, the Goddess of warfare, the Knights of the Blazing Sun are a special order of templars that protect their allies and fight for the good of the land.
